Resilient Country: Philippines is my Only Entry!

Resilience is the ability to withstand adversity and bounce back from difficult life events. The Philippines is situated in the Pacific Ring of Fire so it is really expected that many natural disasters might occur, take place and destroy the country. The Philippines is also one of the countries that are currently facing the worldwide health crisis which is the Corona Virus Disease. But with the aide of the government, we are able to stand and survive from these. Filipinos become resilient, but have you ever wondered that being a resilient person is a good characteristic of a Filipino should have?

During this crisis, many Filipinos lost their job and even their individual lives. A lot of Filipinos lack on financial support to aid their everyday life. We are all challenged, struggling and taking strict Precautionary Measures and Health Protocols in order to be safe and avoid us from the virus. We are all currently facing a lot of difficulties in our lives but we assure and we are sure that we can truly pass through these. For we are Filipinos, we always want to turn negative things into positive all at once. For this is a very great trait to have, being a resilient and at the same time a positive thinker. The good part is that we make and take our own way to earn a living for resilience is more like climbing a mountain without a trail map. It takes time, strength, and help from people around you but when you reach the top and look back, you’ll see how far you’ve come.

Being resilient is a trait that everyone must have. Being a resilient Filipino is  a trait that we are all very proud of. We are all able to smile during our toughest times, it never fails to show even we are struggling pains and facing problems. We always smile no matter what happens. For we are all resilient Filipinos and that helps and makes our country Philippines even more resilient.
